Day 2 of taking my diet seriously. I HAVE to stop snacking after dinner. That will be my down fall. Well, that and not getting out of bed to workout in the am. I've got to find the motivation for that, another of my large hurdles. I'm hoping I can stick to it this time. I've tried over the last year to lose the weight and just kept sliding back into my old habits. I'm tried of doing the yo-yo thing, but now I have no choice and I HAVE to lose it.

Diet Calendar Entry for 09 April 2013:
1032 kcal Fat: 30.23g | Prot: 92.23g | Carb: 107.26g.   Breakfast: Arthur's Verry Berry Smoothies, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Light Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned), Mixed Salad Greens, Cucumber (with Peel), Marketside Roasted Red Pepper Hummus, Savoritz Sea Salt Pita Crackers, Roma Tomatoes. Dinner: Omaha Steaks Beef Top Sirloin Steak (4 oz), Shrimp Cocktail (Shrimp with Cocktail Sauce). Snacks/Other: Unroasted Almonds, Waymouth Farms Dried Apricots. more...
