I ate out with friends on Wednesday and felt I had too many carbs when all was said and done, so watched my meals at home closely rest of week. Sunday was at a softball tournament from 8am to 4 pm. I packed my lunch and snacks and felt it went very well. I still need to drink more water. I do not like water.
