I started Atkins on Jan. 23, 2013. Have lost a little over 25 lbs as of April 3,2013. I have fibromyalgia, which is much better now that I have given up sugar. I am grandmother of 7 and in my early 60's. I want to lose weight so I can enjoy retirement and head off diabetes. I have really bad back problems with some scoliosis that is causing lots of pain. Still I am a bubbly person and just want to get healthier. Love to stamp cards and other crafts. Beginning to be able to do them again.
