I've been doing Insanity now for almost 2 weeks. Today was the first day I got on the scale to see what I weigh and noticed I only lost a lil over a pound! Insanity is no joke so I was surprised to see such a little loss. But yesterday, I was able to button my jeans for the first time since having my daughter (2 months ago) and it felt great, so I know something is working! :)
161.5 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 6.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep it up! Your body holds fluid when healing muscle... the pounds will come off, just keep going!

What Sarah said! Plus, your losing fat from the exercise, so you can go down in sizes and not lose much on the scale (muscle is more dense and compact than fat). I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be a size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8.

Ashley, I just started Insanity as well (did it the first time 2 years ago...only lasted 9 days!) I understand how you feel, I was going hard on the elliptical every day and hardly lost any. I wanted to punch my scale in the face! One day you'll get on and it'll be a big surprise. Until then, no choice but to keep going. Summer's almost here!
