Back over 180.... I am struggling with late night snacks, overeating and poor choice of foods to eat. I will try not to buy foods that are not good for me but are on sale so I do not have it in my house. I hope everyone is doing well with their goals! 😊
181.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 21.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.9 lb a week

Have you tried not fighting the eating but making the better choice? fruits and or veggies😋

This late might snack is tough! I get so hungry at night when I can’t sleep. You are right I need to eat more fruits and vegetables. I usually eat eat a salad for dinner and some vegetables for lunch but sometimes it does not fill me up so I need some protein. I need snacks to get me to the main meals but I need better choices probably such as carrots and other vegetables and fruits. I will pick more up at the grocery next time. Thanks for the suggestion! 😊

Try adding some healthy fats as well as more protein into your salad. Try a cup of hot broth, bouillon or decaf green tea instead of your snack.

I used to snack on carrots 🥕 when I felt anxious to keep on chewing....yes in the beginning it’s really hard to eat less foods

More protein in my salad should make me feel full! 😊. I just bought a bag of carrots. It not a favorite snack but I need to get used to it because it is a very healthy snack!
