OMG! I can't believe i lost weight! I ate a basket of chips 2 days in a row! I was certain i would at least show a moderate gain, from fluid if nothing else. yippee!
196.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 56.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
