My eyes feel and look puffy, so there's some water retention. It's hard to watch calories when Booth brings Subway and cake, but i made it! Also, i started my period on Sunday, so i hope all of last week's weight loss wasn't just hormone related.
198.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 58.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
