Wanting to gain weight , muscle.
Sudden drop in body weight could be fluids/hormonal , I’m currently on three month injections for contraceptive.
I’m in second week..
I’m sleeping better also. 💤🙏🏼😍
152.1 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
