Yesterday was a day that I meet with former workers for an evening meal at a local mexican restaurant. We do this once a month. I had stir fry, but it was hard to estimate the amount of each food. I also had 2 serving of nuts. I had forgot that I had 1 earlier in the day. Also had serving of strawberries and a moderate sized salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and chicken strips and italian dressing. Took breading off of chicken. That was lunch. I had Farmstyle Sausage for breakfast along with a strawberry shake. Snack consisted of Atkins Peanut Butter Cups. Very low on drinking water yesterday. Had diet cokes and diet green tea.
