I thought you said you had a horrible diet day? That's not terrible. If you are going to eat some bars, look for some low carb options like those geared for the Zone diet. Those tend to have more protein or fat, so try not to freak out when you see more calories in a smaller bar. Another type of drink to try - Rum & Diet Coke. I know it sounds weak, but it's a good balance in social situations.
