Tired for past two days but humidity is up. BMs are more regular. I think the milk thistle helped that problem. Also the celery might have also helped. Plan to walk tomorrow morning early before heat come on. Very thirsty. Water challage is easy.
224.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 74.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
