I didn't have a lot of expectations this week. We ate out a lot over the weekend. I have decided that this week I am going to record everything I eat and then look at what needs to be changed. I know I will probably be grossed out by my habits, but maybe that is what needs to happen.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's an excellent idea. I always think I'm doing ok with my eating but I bet if I wrote it down and actually had to face the facts, I'd be sickened, myself. Maybe I should do it, too. Do you know what's sad? I see you had Arby's and I think MMMMMM Man that sounds good!!! LOL

Really, though, about the Arby's thing, if I'm going to be honest with myself - it's not that the food actually sounded good, but I imagined myself at Arby's (or a restaurant) and it's warm and comfortable and I'm not caring about what I eat (avoiding thinking about it, is more like it). It's not the food, it's what it does for me! dude!

The Arby's was good. Can you tell that I stopped recording things though when I realized how much I was eating. lol
