1985 kcal Fat: 41.78g | Prot: 144.64g | Carb: 264.26g.   Breakfast: Chicken Nuggets (8 Count), Cinnamon, 100% Whey Protein Powder - Vanilla, Apple Juice, Skim or Nonfat Milk (Calcium Fortified). Lunch: dannon raspberry yogurt, roasted red skin potatoes, baked chicken breast. Dinner: White Rice, Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas (Frozen). Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate, Builder's Bar - Peanut Butter. more...
