The husband's colonoscopy turned out good--2 polyps and diverticulosis but nothing drastic. He tolerated it well.

I guess I will be the next one to go to the doctor so I can have this knee checked out.
176.6 lb Lost so far: 29.4 lb.    Still to go: 16.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
