over all doing quite well. a couple of days when I went over a bit but not too badly, got new digital scale went from 2% milk to skim, so morning shake is 120 milk and a banana 75, also got out & cooked the steel cut oats, had half cup cooked 85 calories plus half apple, just got to get this mess of weight off me.

Unable to exercise much due to lung issues at this time, hopefully these will be resolved soon
213.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
