Best wishes. I started out around 260 years ago. I'm below 200 near my goal weight, no one is perfect. Some people will judge you harshly if you go on a diet and are successful. It is because they might not be able to do it. Try to limit the cheating and you should do OK - that is my best advice; I did it with little exercise due to arthritis, which is flaring up real bad at the present time. Exercising will expedite the weight loss if you can do it!! Welcome -- this place has helped me so much!!! :)
