Seeing more movement downward. Gotta keep on going. The temptation to eat some donuts is strong. But I’ve been able to resist them. The chick-fil-Et Mac and cheese? I screwed up twice this week. I think that if I could just avoid that my weight loss might kick into high gear. Blood sugars are kinda wacky though. Yesterday I was at 95. Normal. This morning I was at 193. Not so normal. Overall this I’m pleased with my current progress.
411.0 lb Lost so far: 0.0 lb.    Still to go: 191.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

stay strong and pack meals I hate waisting food so I always keep low calorie. snacks on me and pack all my meals so I dont even want to stop and get food
