I have gained, not from cheating but from lack of sleep and extreme stress from the earthquake. I am not upset about it, but I do want to see it go down again of course. I will call this my earthquake blip.....
203.9 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 60.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

stay strong, and by the way, I read your post about earthquakes, where are you? I live in Hawaii so we only have to worry about hurricanes, but my kids are in college in california and would have no idea what to do if there were an earthquake!!!!

Christchurch, New Zealand. A couple of weeks ago we had a 7.1 quake and have had 726 aftershocks since... You can experience it here LOL sorta http://www.christchurchquakemap.co.nz/
