Just doing cardio right now. Two 2 miles walks each day. One first thing in the morning & 1 in the PM. Still nursing strained muscle in my upper back.
Easter dinner was over the top.
206.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.6 lb a week
