Ahhhhh, 3 day fat fast appears to have helped with getting off the 5 lbs gain that wouldn't seem to go away over the past two weeks. May do this occasionally.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 96.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
