Spot on 70kg Challenge going well. Taken on another job towards Cardiff. Change of scenery , new opportunity has enforced effective time management skills which I like. My nutritional intake I’m very happy with again with balance you’re bound to indulge at times and that’s okay 😊 Third week of my challenge and I’m feeling confident , body feels good. Sleeping pattern is improving. Finally finding a little routine after the school holiday break.
