Wow! I'm so excited. 3 pounds down this week. I followed my own diet 100% and worked out 3 days this week. Turbo Fire will be in the mail next week and I expect to see the same kind of numbers on the scale!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
