It was a very stressful and busy week and I clearly have hit a plateau that I need to get the exercise going. So I bought a book called south beach supercharged and plan to get the exercise in this week because it is a much more manageable week! I am pleased that despite the stress and lots of foods off my diet around I did stick to the phase 2 diet and staying essentially the same - is great. Technically gained one pound but I have been bouncing around in the same range for several weeks so not really a significant gain. jGearing up for a great week! Have two exercise classes scheduled for today - strength and body flow which is a combo of yoga, pilates and tai chi. Did it last week and it was awesome!
192.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.5 lb a week
