Had kidney stone and didn't workout for about a week - didn't overeat during that period (didn't really stick to my diet though) so I think my weight loss more or less remained stable. Back on track now though and it's looking good. Rob thinks I'll probably lose 50 Lbs in the next 3-4 months but that sounds a little fast to me. But we'll work at it and I'll not let myself get distracted or discouraged this time. Having Rob to motivate me and for accountability has been a great help too.
