Due to the mornings weigh in, I adjusted the menu for the day. I've also added in extra exercise. Loved reading the feed back.
228.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm finding if I plan out my full day of eating the night before, it helps me stay within my RDI. Much harder if you are going out, but you can minimize the impact of a "cheat" meal. Good Luck!
