Starting (trying) to stay under 1200K while doing Keto. Should be interesting. And I've been going to the gym this past week. Feeling good that I have the energy to do so.
I think coming off the anti-depressants mainly for my migraines has been key to having more energy to do things.
185.4 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
