147/84 still furious at myself for blowing it yesterday! Going for cardiac risk test today.

Lipids/Cholesterol numbers were supposedly good:
TC=170 mg/dL
HDL=64 mg/dL
TRG=<45 mg/dL
LDL=97 (calculated by nurse)
non-HDL=106 mg/dL
TC/HDL=2.7
CLU=77 mg/dL

BP at nurses office was 120/82
171.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
