Weight loss starting to move again. For about 3 weeks only lost about 5lbs. Changed cardio to a High intensity type routine. Bicycle, Stairmaster or walking, would go all out for about 15 sec and rest for the next 15. Kept this up for 15 minutes and then did 15 to 30 mins of moderate cardio. Got pretty strict on diet which I thought I was following pretty close until I started logging the food I eat daily.
