OK, so I have lost the 7 lbs I gained over birthday weekend, which were basically the same 7 lbs I gained while skiing... So, back on track now. Working out 3 days a week with the trainer, and dancing 3 nights a week. And, soon, I will be back in the ocean.
169.6 lb Lost so far: 72.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
