So far so good :) I have had a couple of really good days so it makes it easy to stick with it - I really am more focused on eating right hopefully I can kick it up a notch and start the exercising part too.
184.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.3 lb a week
