WOW, after being stuck in the plateau for the last two months with no movement whatsoever, and staying off the scales for two weeks, I have now lost 3 kilos which is an excellent feeling and made it worth the trouble.
I just hope I'm back on track to losing now.
264.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
