Well I knew that this week would be hard to eat good. It is my last week in a temporary position before going back to my normal jobs and I had 3 lunches and 1 ice cream party to attend. So far I've been to one lunch and the ice cream party some what unscathed. Today is another lunch and then again on Friday. Also Friday is the day that me and the girls go out for dinner and our massages. So that makes 2 big meals for me on Friday. We also going to Busch Gardens on Saturday which concerns me about my struggle to resist soda. I have done so well with that, haven't had one since Aug 1. So here's to making more of the right choices as I eat out the rest of this week and to getting back on track next week:)
153.7 lb Lost so far: 4.3 lb.    Still to go: 40.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
