one week of tracking... still not a fan but i'm doing it. sometimes i think i'm giving up and don't track one meal but then the next day i get up and add the food into my tracker... i'm not the best about staying in range but last weeks goal was tracking.

this weeks goal is to keep tracking and find the gym 4 times...
185.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
