Hmmm. Not much to say. Been a rough month, mom being ill and passing away has led to way too much comfort eating, sleeping in and not having the wear-with-all to even think about exercise. I know I need to get back on track, didnt think weigh in would show as much of a gain since calories were less and still kept track. Oh well, enough excuses and time to get back to doing something about it!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
