gained a little weight im assuming it is because i ate right before i went to bed im not sure why i gained its really bummin me out its making feel like im not ever going to lose weight.
157.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 47.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

they say a good way to lose weight is to not eat past 7 o'clock. I've tried it to some success.

Are you following a specific diet? I saw your food journal, your calories are really low. Nobody should ever really go under 1200 calories. Going under that puts your body in starvation mode and it's not healthy. Let me know if I can help in any way. :-)

i have heard that too my husband said its because at night you dont burn calories :( but i normally go to the gym from 4-6 and i get hungry after working out my body is against me!

no im in a challenge bikini ready and it says to eat 1200 a day but eating all my meals and snack i never really even hit the 1200 mark but i eat till im full.

You actually do burn calories when you sleep, resting, moving around, etc. The body is always burning something. I work out everyday and I know what you mean about being hungry afterward. If you're not following a specific plan, try drinking a protein shake before or after your workout. I follow Atkins and have went from 285 to 248lbs since the beginning of January. It might be worth a look.
