Heavier though trimming up substantially around waist and chest triceps bicep seperate is looking good.
Working on Olympic lifts with Mike at the moment.
I enjoy the sport though the impact it has on my joints is painful..
neck needs another adjustment after our session Saturday.
Instant headache.
Yoga and massage isn’t enough.
Making the change to krill oil and increasing dosage vitamin C.
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
