Back on track!!!!

Ate spinach dip, garlic stuffed olives, baguette with butter and a few bites of asian chicken salad.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
