I stopped writing. I'm not sure why. I have been getting amazing results, you should feel my abs! Under my flab lol but eventually they won't be. But I feel unmotivated. It's going to take awhile but I look at other people and wish I could look like that now. But at least I can take solace in the fact that I WORKED for my body and I won't ever stop with the upkeep. Eventually though. I'm not quite there yet. Talking like I am lol. It's a ways to go and I'm dreading the "plateau" everybody eventually must pass, but I'll work even harder through it. This is what I want. I need it. I think I've renewed my passion in just the last few minutes. I WILL be better. There is no question about it. I'm going to be healthier and I WILL like myself. I'll be happy.
Tonight, my mother is making me dinner. It's my favorite: cheese and bacon potatos. Yeah, I know. This is a challenge. I LOVE them. But now I think I've got the determination. Eat until I'm full, then stop. I don't have to eat the whole house lol.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
