I always gain weight over the weekend. At least it wasn't a whole 5lbs though. My goal is to get back to at least 133 and maintain it (or lose more if possible).

AFTERNOON WORKOUT:
1. Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred"


FOOD INTAKE:
1. Breakfast: Choco-Peanut-Butter Visalus Shake
2. Lunch: Duck-Flavored Noodles with kale, green onions, and fish balls.
3. Dinner: Torta + White Rice + Sriracha Sauce
4. Snack: Pralines'n'Cream Ice Cream in a Waffle Cone
.....it's only Monday, and I already screwed it up. :(

EVENING WORKOUT:
1. Treadmill (Burned 429 calories & 134 fat cals) for 44 minutes.
2. 5 Minute Arms (video) using 5lb. dumbells.
135.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.7 lb a week
