I tried to throw my scale out a week ago because I was so frustrated with not losing weight, but my son intercepted it and put it in his bathroom. So, this morning I decided to just go ahead and weigh myself. I had a feeling that I would finally get some good news, and I did! I feel like this is working... finally. So, this is great for a Monday morning. I feel motivated. I can't wait for Zumba tonight! :)
234.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
