So excited that it appears all of the water retention is gone!! I feel a little less stressed about my accountability now that that obstacle is out of the way. Life can get really frustrating when you are trying hard to eat right and stay focused but see no results. Reading fellow travelers on this path discuss their wins and losses has really helped me stay determined. Thanks for sharing...
295.6 lb Lost so far: 36.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
