Woke up this morning with my brain trying to undermine my determination. I'm still adjusting to the accountability and keep honest because the only one I would be cheating is myself. Some days I feel like I think about food too much trying to get variety good nutrition into my allotted calories thus making me feel more hungry. I could use some ideas for good snacks that will keep me on track.
