4 lbs down since Monday with no cheating and exercise every day. I feel so good about this...I sat with the boys last night while they each ate a slice of Bobby's bday cheese cake and I wasn't even tempted. I was perfectly happy w my banana, greek yogurt, & lite chocolate sauce. I did manage to find time to exercise yesterday, which was a welcome surprise since I'd written it off yesterday morning. Bobby and I did my speed-walk 3/jog 1 routine for the entire 3.15 neighborhood loop. It was dang cold and windy, but we finished the whole thing & boy it felt good when we did. I straightened out my shorts drawer last night and now I don't feel scared that I won't be able to fit into them this summer. Yay!
148.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
