Went with balsamic vinegar for a dressing yesterday, instead of the avocado puree. I think not having the good fat in there caused chaos for the rest of the day. I ended up eating a double serving of gelato. I'm going for more good fat in my meals today to see if I can keep the bad cravings down.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
