Lost a few inches off of my waist (belt). Not noticing much else yet.
142.8 lb Lost so far: 7.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1415 kcal Fat: 59.24g | Prot: 62.88g | Carb: 171.15g.   Breakfast: Organic Flaxseed Oil, Milk (Nonfat), Old Fashioned Oats, Walnuts. Lunch: Snack Cracker, Total 0% Greek Yogurt (Container). Dinner: Bananas, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), 1% Fat Milk, Ground Turkey. Snacks/Other: Trop50 Juice (50% Less Sugar, Some Pulp), Marshmallow Chicks, Clementines, Sugar Cookie. more...
