Ok I've been doing REALLY well food wise and I feel so much better. Honestly, I've slacked on exercise the past week, but I plan on kicking it up a bit. School started here for the kids and it's been rough, but I'm sure I can start moving more soon!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
