I am so hungry.
190.6 lb Lost so far: 11.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week

So eat something. Have some protein or a piece of fruit. Protein and high fiber foods fill you up better and keep hunger at bay. A diet needs to be sustainable or you will give up. A little hunger is okay, but when you get ravenous is when people tend to go off and binge on anything.

Amen to that. That is exactly what I do. Eat something healthy whatever you do. :)

go for some macadamia nuts or a handful of almonds. Then chug a glass of water and I guarantee that will put a dent in your hunger!
