Fell into the deep well over the holidays, and had tough time crawling out. But, now, I am rejuvenating my batteries, embracing Dr. Fuhrman, and starting again. I gained almost 20 pounds in about 3 months. :( all my fault. Jumping in to the Eat to Live lifestyle again and have the tools of the Super Immunity Solution at my fingertips. I am taking the fact that he was back on Dr. Oz today as my OMEN that the time is right and has lined up again. So, here we go, FS Friends!
