I'm working on it little by little. I may not get on here to write it down but I'm seeing little changes myself which is great! Now with the weather getting nicer, I can't wait to enjoy the outside more!
252.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 57.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
