Good breakfast this morning.
Not the best day of eating , no snacks just main meals.
Still managed to cook a great dinner.
No snacks today.
Need to purchase protein for meal replacement when meal prep is difficult.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
